Application

The studio at 72 Stafford Street (Suite 301) is accessible from 8:00am until 6:00pm (Monday to Friday).  Applications and information (shown below) are available there for pickup.  Those students who wish to apply directly (instead of mailing in applications), please complete registration form, include payment fees as required, and slide them under the door.
