Policy Updates (Jeff Clarke)

As of September 1, 2025, Jeff Clarke has updated his make-up class and payment plan policies.

Make-up Classes:

If you must miss a class for any reason, you will have a credit for a make-up class. However, the following rules apply:

• Minimum 24-hour notice.

• Credit must be used within 60 days of the missed class.

• Make-up is only to be used online in a Zoom class or for a 45-minute online coaching session.

• A missed Zoom class will result in a credit for a 45-minute online coaching.

• There are NO in-studio make-ups. 

• There will be no refunds, price adjustments or exceptions.

Payment Plan (pending approval):

Any payment plan must be approved by Jeff on a case-by-case basis. Students may select to pay in full by eTransfer or PayPal (as usual), or they can make two payments. First payment must be received before class starts; and second payment is due halfway through the session.
